Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Our candles and wax melts are hand-poured in small batches by Coyote Canyon Boutique using carefully selected fragrances.
How do I shop products from your vendors?
Shop vendor products inside our boutique. Each vendor has pricing and a QR code displayed with their products so your payment goes directly to that small business.
Do you offer shipping or local pickup?
Online orders are currently available for local pickup only. We will notify you when your order is ready.
ORDERS & RETURNS
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the handmade and small-business nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. Contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
How long will my order take to prepare?
Most pickup orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Can vendor products be returned?
Vendor products are sold directly by each participating vendor. Return or exchange requests must follow that vendor’s individual policy.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders may be available for select candles, gifts, and boutique products. Contact us with your request, preferred scent, quantity, and deadline to confirm availability and pricing.
